This policy explains how we deliver digital sewing patterns and physical fabric orders. It is written for clarity and transparency and does not affect your statutory rights.
Immediate access: Digital patterns are delivered instantly via a secure download link on the checkout confirmation page. You’ll also receive the link by email right after payment.
No shipping fees: Digital downloads have no shipping or handling charges.
Need help? If your link doesn’t arrive, expires, or you can’t access your file, email info@rosyspatterns.com with your order number. We’ll resend the link or provide another way to access your files at no extra cost.
Cut to order: Fabric is cut to your requested length. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing before dispatch.
Out-of-stock & pre-orders: If an item is unavailable or sold on a pre-order basis, the product page will show an estimated dispatch date. Orders containing pre-order items ship when all items are ready. If you’d like us to split the shipment, we can do so for an additional shipping charge—just contact us.
Typical delivery window: Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 7–14 business days, depending on destination and carrier. Actual times can vary due to customs processing, local holidays, or carrier delays.
Maximum delivery period: If delivery is likely to exceed 30 days from purchase, we will notify you and offer a refund or a new delivery date.
Tracking: You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Track your parcel directly on the carrier’s website.
Business days: “Business days” exclude weekends and public holidays.
Transparent pricing: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and service level. All charges are shown before you complete your purchase. We don’t add shipping surcharges after you place an order.
International duties: Orders shipped outside our domestic market may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees charged by the destination country. These are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
Clearance: Customs procedures can extend delivery times. We can’t influence or predict these processes.
Our responsibility: We’re responsible for your order until it is delivered to the address you provided.
Damaged on arrival: If your parcel arrives damaged or with missing items, please email info@rosyspatterns.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the outer packaging and items, and a brief description of the issue. We’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
Check before cutting/washing: For fabric, please inspect upon receipt. Do not cut or wash until you’ve checked for defects. Contact us right away if something isn’t right so we can resolve it quickly.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses: If a parcel can’t be delivered due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, refusal to pay import fees, or failure to collect from the carrier or customs, it may be returned to us or disposed of by the carrier.
Next steps: If the parcel returns to us, we can reship it (additional shipping charges apply) or refund the fabric value minus the original shipping cost. If the carrier disposes of the parcel, refunds are not possible.
Lost in transit: If tracking shows no movement beyond a reasonable period, contact us. We’ll investigate with the carrier and issue a replacement or refund if the parcel is confirmed lost.
Where we ship: We ship worldwide where legally permitted. Available services and delivery times vary by destination.
Remote areas: Deliveries to remote locations may take longer or require alternative services.
