Rosys Patterns offers digital sewing patterns available for instant download upon purchase. The patterns are provided in PDF format and may include video tutorials.
We strive to ensure that our product descriptions are accurate and up-to-date. However, we do not warrant that the descriptions are error-free. If a product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the product and contact us for assistance.
All orders placed through the Site are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or suspected fraudulent activity.
We accept payments via Shopify Payments and PayPal. By providing your payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method(s) provided.

Upon successful payment, you will receive a link to download your purchased patterns. The download link will be provided on the confirmation page and sent to your email address.
The download link will be valid for 30 days and can be downloaded 5 times. Please save your files promptly and back them up securely.

When you purchase a sewing pattern from Rosys Patterns, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the pattern for personal, non-commercial purposes.
