  This pattern and the instructions are great! I made the dress in a few hours and everything went as it should. Really great to be able to sew like this. I will definitely make this again! I had no contact with the seller so I can't say anything about that. I'm not posting a picture yet because I didn't make the dress in the right fabric. That was my mistake and doesn't detract from the pattern, on the contrary. Even with fabric that isn't suitable, this is a great pattern because the dress was definitely more than ok!

  It was very easy to make, even though it took me a while to understand the shoulder lines, the lines on the V cut in the back, and the armhole; otherwise, everything came out good after comparing lines and making sure they matched.

  The pattern is good but I would say it's not a beginner sewing pattern. The pattern lacks some important markings where you could shorten/lengthen the dress as well as markings that would help the person sewing match the pattern pieces together. I think it also should include a fully lined option as silky fabrics often show when there is just a facing. I did make a muslin of the pattern and it fits well on the person I am sewing it for. I did do some minor grading between sizes to get that fit. I also think the shoulder is a little wide and could be narrowed slightly. But that's an adjustment that could be made after the pattern is practiced. Definitely recommend using a practice fabric for your first draft.
