    The pattern was really easy to follow - I’ve made shorts before. I altered the pattern to add pockets. I also did a different waist band so this pattern has some versatility to it. The length of the shorts was a bit long for me but I just did a thicker hem to shorten them. I also added in a lining that hid all of my seams. The sizing was good, I made a sample first and found I needed to size down, which normally doesn’t happen for me. I’m an AU16/18 and made the XL in my good fabric. I haven’t made the shirt yet but I feel like confident it’ll be great.

    the pattern itself is good, i’m in the process of making the shirt now. There is an issue of instructions being written in a way that can be hard to understand. Measurements keep swithing from cm to inches, some grammatical problems as well. Also the neckline and armholes hem instructions are a strange decision. I ended up using bias tape on my neckline to get a clean curve, as folding it twice was not getting a good result.
