  The pattern was generally very good, but the instructions and the amount of fabric needed for the lining weren't very clear. Then I had to alter the dress at the back because it was too wide, and also at the bust because I have a smaller bust. I contacted Rosy, and she replied to my messages relatively quickly, but with the language barrier, I wasn't sure how to explain the lack of clarity in the instructions. Despite this, I'm very happy with the dress!

  The Verona pattern was a lot of fun to sew. It was actually the first pattern I’ve bought off of Etsy that actually fit me. It was easy enough to follow. I did have to make a few changes for the shirred portion because it shrunk a lot. I used 8.5oz denim fabric, so there was some bulkiness that I hade to account for, also left out a few top stitches because I forgot lol. Overall the dress turned out pretty well. I’m definitely going to make another one with a lighter fabric like chambray or twill. Rosy is a great seller and she was super sweet whenever I had questions!
